By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and request additional documentation at any time.

As a user of BNB Volume Bot, you acknowledge and accept the following responsibilities:

• Maintain absolute security and confidentiality of your wallet credentials, private keys, and seed phrases
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when configuring campaigns and interacting with our platform
• Verify all transaction parameters, token addresses, and campaign settings before initiating any volume generation
• Ensure your token contract is legitimate, properly audited, and free from malicious code or vulnerabilities
• Use our services exclusively for tokens you own, control, or have explicit authorization to promote
• Understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible and accept full responsibility for all executed trades
• Maintain sufficient BNB balance to cover service fees, gas costs, and trading capital requirements
• Monitor your campaigns regularly and respond promptly to any notifications or alerts from our platform
• Comply with all applicable securities laws, financial regulations, and cryptocurrency compliance requirements
• Report any suspicious activity, security vulnerabilities, or technical issues to our support team immediately

You acknowledge that failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in financial losses, service disruptions, or account termination. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to meet these obligations.

BNB Volume Bot operates on a transparent fee structure with all costs clearly displayed before campaign initiation. Our pricing model includes the following components:

• Service Fee: A percentage-based fee calculated on your target volume amount, varying based on campaign size and duration
• Network Gas Fees: BNB Chain transaction costs for all wallet operations, swaps, and transfers executed during your campaign
• Trading Capital: The BNB amount required to generate your specified volume target across multiple transactions
• DEX Trading Fees: Standard exchange fees charged by PancakeSwap and other supported decentralized exchanges

All payments must be processed through your connected Web3 wallet in BNB cryptocurrency. Fees are non-refundable once a campaign has been initiated and blockchain transactions have commenced. You are solely responsible for ensuring adequate BNB balance to cover all associated costs.

Price adjustments may occur based on network congestion, gas price fluctuations, or changes in DEX fee structures. We will notify you of any significant pricing changes before campaign execution.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using BNB Volume Bot. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of fees, and potential legal action:

• Engaging in fraudulent schemes, pump-and-dump operations, rug pulls, or any form of market manipulation designed to deceive investors
• Promoting honeypot tokens, malicious smart contracts, or projects with hidden backdoors or exploitable vulnerabilities
• Violating securities regulations, financial compliance requirements, or cryptocurrency trading laws in any jurisdiction
• Using our platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other illegal financial activities
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract our proprietary algorithms, code, or trading strategies
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations, abuse promotions, or manipulate our service offerings
• Interfering with platform operations, overloading our infrastructure, or conducting denial-of-service attacks
• Impersonating other users, providing false identity information, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity
• Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to abuse our platform beyond the intended service functionality
• Promoting tokens associated with illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or other harmful content
• Sharing your account credentials, API keys, or access privileges with unauthorized third parties

We actively monitor for prohibited activities and cooperate with law enforcement agencies when illegal conduct is detected. Users found violating these terms will be permanently banned and may face legal consequences.

All intellectual property rights in BNB Volume Bot, including but not limited to software code, algorithms, user interfaces, designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are owned exclusively by us or our licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• View and interact with our user interface through supported web browsers and wallets
• Receive and utilize analytics data generated from your campaigns

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform or technology
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary rights indicators
• Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without explicit written permission
• Claim ownership or attempt to register intellectual property rights related to our services

BNB VOLUME BOT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights
• Guarantees of uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service operation or transaction execution
• Accuracy, reliability, completeness, or quality of results, analytics, or performance metrics provided
• Security of the platform, protection of your data, or safeguarding of your cryptocurrency assets
• Compatibility with all wallets, browsers, devices, or third-party services you may use
• Achievement of specific volume targets, token price increases, or sustained trading activity outcomes
• Absence of bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical issues in our software or smart contract interactions

We make no representations or warranties regarding the future performance of your token, market conditions, liquidity availability, or investor behavior. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

You acknowledge that blockchain technology involves inherent risks including but not limited to network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory uncertainty, and potential loss of funds. You use our services at your own risk and accept full responsibility for all consequences.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BNB VOLUME BOT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, anticipated savings, goodwill, or market share
• Loss, theft, or unauthorized access to cryptocurrency assets, tokens, private keys, or wallet funds
• Loss of data, transaction records, analytics information, or campaign performance history
• Service interruptions, delays, errors, or failures caused by network congestion, technical issues, or third-party services
• Token value depreciation, liquidity problems, market volatility, or adverse price movements
• Regulatory actions, legal consequences, compliance violations, or government enforcement proceedings
• Smart contract bugs, exploits, vulnerabilities, or interactions with malicious contracts
• Unauthorized transactions, wallet compromises, phishing attacks, or security breaches
• Reputational damage, investor complaints, or negative market perception of your token project
• Costs of procurement of substitute services or technology to replace our platform

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF BNB VOLUME BOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BNB Volume Bot, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of our platform and services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of any intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties
• Your token project, smart contract, or any representations made to investors
• Any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities conducted using our services
• Your failure to maintain security of your wallet, private keys, or account credentials
• Any disputes between you and other users, investors, or third parties

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to BNB Volume Bot immediately, without prior notice, refund, or liability, for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service, our policies, or any applicable laws or regulations
• Engagement in fraudulent, illegal, unethical, or prohibited activities
• Threats to platform security, integrity, stability, or reputation
• Abuse of our services, excessive resource consumption, or disruptive behavior
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, court orders, or legal processes
• Failure to pay fees, insufficient funds, or payment disputes
• Prolonged inactivity or abandonment of your account
• Any conduct that we determine, in our sole judgment, to be harmful to our platform or other users

Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

You may discontinue use of our services at any time. However, fees paid for active or completed campaigns are non-refundable, and you remain responsible for any outstanding obligations.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BNB Volume Bot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
